COVID-19 Update Announcement

At Advanced Vision Care, your eye health and overall well-being is our first priority. We have closely monitored the spread of the novel coronavirus/COVID-19. As you are no doubt aware, there have been recently discovered cases of COVID-19 with indications of community spread here in Vermont. State and local officials have taken steps this week to reduce transmission and protect vulnerable populations.

We have temporarily closed our office and will reopen when VT lifts the Stay at Home Order. We will be contacting all patients who have scheduled appointments during this period so we can reschedule them as soon as possible. We appreciate your patience and cooperation as we navigate this challenging time.

If you are in urgent need of care, we can be reached by leaving us a message. You can also reach us by email at Dr Puma can be reached at 802-448-0803. These will be monitored daily. If you feel that you are experiencing a medical emergency, please call 911.

We appreciate the support that you have given us. For patients who are running low on contact lenses, you may order a 3 month supply as long as your eyes are not red or irritated, are pain-free, and show no signs of infection. We will also try to help those that have lost or broken their eyeglasses.

Stay safe and healthy!
