COVID-19 Update Announcement
We are currently open M-F 8:30am to 5:00pm by appointment only, no walk-ins.
We are reducing our capacity by 20% to provide more time to disinfect between patients. We have enacted many protocols to keep patients and staff safe. The list is long, but it will help decrease yours and our staff’s risk. We require all staff and patients to wear facemasks. Patients must bring their own facemask.
We will be pre-screening staff and patients. If you or a household member have symptoms that could indicate a COVID-19 infection you will need to reschedule. Symptoms include fever, cough, muscle pain, headache, acute loss of taste/smell, chills, sore throat, and/or shortness of breath. If you or a household member has travelled out of state in the past 3 weeks you will need to reschedule. We ask you to check your temperature before leaving for your appointment. If it is 99 or higher, please call to reschedule.
Once you have parked at the office, please remain in your car, and call us. This allows us to confirm we are ready to accept you in a timely manner. We will check your temperature at the door. Then you will immediately clean your hands with P&C Hand Prep located at the front desk. You will notice we have installed Breath Shields where possible when it is impossible to maintain the 6 feet social distance.
Unfortunately, even with all these precautions, it is important that you know that your risk of exposure at our office is low, but it is not zero. We also understand that you could be infected and not be aware of your infection during your visit, thus exposing us. We are all in this together, and by being careful, we can minimize each other’s risk. If you feel you are at risk due to age or other health factors you should strongly consider waiting until the risk is lower or there is a vaccine. You may also request a Video/Audio Tele Office Visit.
If you feel that you are experiencing a medical emergency, please call 911.
Stay safe and healthy!
